Boost Your Day With These Tasty and Easy Green Smoothies

I am in the process of moving, again! I won’t tell you the exact amount of how many times I have moved.   But it is in the 40’s! This move will be fairly easy as I will be staying in the same town and the new home is just down the street.  I guess I am just a gypsy at heart.

Therefore, drinking green smoothies keeps my energy level even and consistent all day long, especially for moving a household.

Here are several easy green smoothies recipes worth tasting that I found in “The Healthy Green Drink Diet” book by Jason Manheim.

Orange and Go Green Smoothie
1 orange
1 avocado
1 handful of spinach
1-2 cups of almond milk

Apple and Cucumber Detox
2 apples
1/2 cucumber
1 avocado
A couple of sprigs of parsley
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup water

Berry Basil Green Smoothie
2 cups frozen mixed berries
small handful of basil leaves
1 cup water
1 tablespoon of coconut cream or 1 cup of coconut milk or water
1 tablespoon flaxseed, chia seed or pumpkin seed
