Get Up, Get Moving, Dance and Lose

I love to dance and I have a partner that isn't into dancing.  However,  I found an activity that fills that need and I have a blast doing it!

It is called Jazzercise!

When done at least 2 to 3 times a week, a whirling synergy of manifestations starts.  A strength comes through that leads the way your life will shape.  In other words, when your body gets in shape, your whole life gets is in shape.  You are thinking clearer. the blood is flowing freer. 

The best part of Jazzercise for me is once warmed up, I allow the music to take me into another world.  It those endorphins.  There is something about stirring them up.  The body and mind get excited!  

Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga and kickboxing.

The routine is usually about 60 minutes long and it is a total body workout that consists of dancing to popular tunes that eases you through the warmup, cardio with strength training, stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen your muscles for maximum fat burn.
