How to Dramatically Improve Your Health in 2018

When a gigantic 747 loaded with hundreds of passengers and thousands of gallons of fuel takes off from JFK in New York, what determines which direction it will go?

The destiny of London or L.A. is determined by very small flaps on the wings.  And those flaps are controlled by simple hand movements of the pilot in the cockpit.

What if the destiny of your entire bodily health was determined by something so equally small?

Surprisingly, it is.

Have you ever heard of Pareto’s principle?  It is sometimes called the 80/20 rule, the 90/10 rule, and I’ve even seen it referred to the 95/5 rule…  It is a business principle that just a small number of clients provides the bulk of sales.

The idea is similar to a massive 747 being maneuvered by simple wing flaps.

The butterfly effect is another example that takes this idea to the extreme.  The butterfly effect is the concept that the movement of a butterfly in Africa can affect the air and winds enough to ultimately create a massive storm on the coast of Florida.  But a storm does start somewhere, doesn’t it?

So what are the 747 wing flaps or butterfly movements that affect your health so dramatically?

Sugar.

Sugar has been linked to so many problems, I am surprised it is still legal to consume it.  Here is just a quick list:
  • Diabetes
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Heart disease
  • Tooth decay
  • Arthritis
  • Poor vision
  • Cancer
  • Painful joints
  • Mood swings

If you can cut out sugar from your diet, chances are your health will improve dramatically.
