Oh boy! Did I eat too much this holiday season! But my sister-in-law brewed some magnificent home made elderberry wine and my nephew's chocolate cake was not to be missed.
Then there was a glazed ham, the pumpkin pie, and I just couldn’t say “no” to the Girl Scouts’ boxes of cookies (it was for a good cause, wasn’t it?).
Hmm, and the New Years celebration is coming up…. So there will be more.
I know that I need a course correction soon or I’ll end up gaining about 15 pounds.
I just heard about – and signed up for – Marjory Wildcraft’s “7 Day Sugar Challenge”. Thankfully, it starts just after the New Year on January 2nd. It runs for a week and I know I’ll need it.
Want to join me in this challenge?
Marjory is probably the only person who didn’t gorge herself on sugar this holiday season – she is quite amazing in how she has conquered sugar. She told me she doesn’t even see those brightly colored packages at the checkout chute anymore and family gatherings don’t tempt the way they used to.
Her 7 Day Sugar Challenge will help you get not only on track, but get you to kick off the New Year creating a whole new you. Here is what Marjory will deliver during the 7 days:
- How to handle your family if they don’t participate
- Dealing with cravings
- Managing detox symptoms
- How to get back on track if you slip
- Plus lots and lots of encouragement and inspiration
Don’t waste time feeling guilty about the past, and certainly enjoy yourself during the New Years celebration. But do go sign up now for the “7 Day Sugar Challenge” and get ready to start 2018 on the right foot.
DO it right now while you are thinking about it. Marjory will send you friendly reminders and then she will help you really make a huge difference in your life starting January 2nd, 2018.
PS: Getting control of your sugar intake will not only help you recover from this holiday season, it will take your health to a whole new level. Go sign up for this right now – it is a life changer. Click here for free registration in the “7 Day Sugar Challenge”
